The Holiday season is approaching and there is a lot of preparation going on here. I began a Ethnobotany Emersion class this last weekend and I am excited about all the things I am learning, but that will be another post. First off I want to announce my bazaar schedule for the season. Due to the fact that this is our first year and I had trouble finding venues ahead of time we are narrowed down to 2 this year. The first will be on this Friday and Saturday, November 16th and 17th at the American Legion, 701 Metcalf Street, Sedro Woolley. I will be there from 9-4 on Friday and 9-5 on Saturday. The next event will be on Sunday, December 9th, Noon-5pm at the Alger Community Hall, 17835 Parkview Lane, Burlington (Alger).
I have a few new products that will be available for the holiday season. I have a couple new fragrances of Body Balm and corresponding Bath Bombs. Another new product I have been playing with is shower oils. I go to the health club several days a week and do water aerobics. My skin gets dried out from the chemicals in the water, so, I started mixing some oils to put on my skin after my shower and I love this! The first I played with was the transformation oils blended. I rub a small amount of the oil on my still wet skin, and then towel off the excess. The oil and water don't mix of course, but the water helps move the oils around your body, therefore, using only a small amount of the oil. I have a few other blends and fragrances in the works as well.
I have more bath bombs to make before Friday so I better be off to do it. Enjoy the season everyone. I will write about what I am learning in my class next week after the bazaar.
